  1. Can I cancel my order? What is the cancellation policy?
    Ans – Yes, customer can cancel the order before the product has been shipped. Your entire amount will also be refunded. If in case the product you have ordered is already being processed and shipped, then also you can cancel the order but the shipping charges will be deducted.
  2. How do I cancel the order?
    Ans – If the customer wants to cancel an order, then he has to convey this via E-mail. After receiving your mail for cancellation request we will ensure the cancellation as early as possible. But, customer has to specify the order number for cancellation.
  3. What is the return policy period?
    Ans – Return policy period is 2 days. After 2 days the product will not be acceptable.
  4. How do I return an item purchased on AD Artefacts?
    Ans – With the help of E-mail, customer can return the item purchased from us. If the customer recognizes any defect or damage then he or she has to send images of that product while sending E-mail. Please mention your order number in the Email. After that, you will receive an E-mail with certain protocols for return of your product.
  5. In which cases returns are not possible?
    Ans – In certain cases returns are not possible if –
    The return request is made after the specified time limit.
    Product is damaged after being used or product is not in the same condition when you received.
    Any missing package like price tags, labels, original packing and other accessories.
  6. What are the checks done by AD Artefacts while accepting the return product from the customer?
    Ans – While returning the product is examined for the following conditions –
    1. IMEI, name, image, brand, serial number, article number, bar code, MRP tag all things are examined.
    2. All accessories are available or not.
    3. The product should be unsoiled, without any strains.
    4. The product should not have any type of defect or damage.
    5. Product should be with its original packing box.
  7. What amount of refund do AD Artefacts provide?
    Ans – After deducting shipping charges the amount will be refunded to the customer.
  8. When are refunds provided?
    Ans – After receiving the products returned and delivered from your end then amount will be credited within 15 working days(Does not include Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays.)
  9. I have requested a replacement, when will I get it?
    Ans – For any replacement request from your side we will send you an e-mail regarding the details of the replacement. The replacement product will be delivered to you at the time of pick up.
